Helping clients achieve genuine health through personalized nutrition and lifestyle support is not just my work—it’s my life’s purpose.

I fell in love with fitness back in the 1980s and have been fortunate to turn that passion into a lifelong career. For over three decades, I’ve helped people on their health journeys—leading group fitness classes, providing personal and small group training, and managing successful Health and Wellness departments in both large and small facilities.

While my roots are in physical fitness, I quickly realized that true, lasting health goes beyond exercise alone. Nutrition is a foundational pillar of total well-being, and it plays a vital role in healing, energy, and overall quality of life.

My career as a Functional Clinical Nutritionist was born out of a deeply personal experience (more on that later). That journey led me to discover the world of functional medicine—a field grounded in the belief that the body suffers when burdened by deficiencies or toxicities, and thrives when toxins are removed and every cell is nourished and supported.

With both education and a deep understanding of the body’s intricate balance, I’m passionate about empowering others to overcome their health challenges and reclaim their vitality.

My Core Beliefs:

  • The body is always striving for wellness.

  • True health on the outside begins with balance on the inside.

  • We must keep asking why dysfunction exists—digging deeper to uncover the root cause of illness or dysfunction.

These beliefs shape my lifestyle and how I work with every client.
As a Licensed Clinical Nutritionist (LDN), Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), Certified Fitness Instructor (CFI), Personal Trainer (CPT), Gut and Psychology/Physiology Practitioner (GAPS), Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), and Precision Nutrition Coach, I offer a comprehensive, whole-body approach to health and healing.

The Story Behind Olga’s Nutrition

As a young adult practically living at the gym, I remember trying to follow every diet trend—counting calories, avoiding all fats, and obsessing over eating less and exercising more. In my early 20s, despite all that effort, I still struggled with body image and felt frustrated with my weight.

I believed, as many of us are taught, that burning more calories than I consumed—especially if my food was low-fat or fat-free—would surely lead to weight loss. But that conventional model failed me. I found myself stuck in a cycle of restriction and bingeing, constantly feeling like I lacked self-control and was somehow failing.

Ironically, it was only when I became a busy mom to young children—with no time to count calories or obsess over every bite—that my body finally found balance. I didn’t realize it at the time, but by letting go of rigid control, I allowed my body to stabilize naturally. I stopped spending endless hours in the gym and began living more intuitively.

As a young fitness professional, I didn’t yet understand that someone could look healthy on the outside while suffering on the inside. I assumed that clients who weren’t losing weight must simply be overeating. I accepted my own acne and daily bloating as “normal” or genetic—never suspecting there could be deeper causes.

Everything changed when my oldest daughter was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and, later, epilepsy. Conventional medicine gave us few answers and little hope, suggesting “there’s nothing you can do.” That wasn’t good enough for me.

Determined to help my daughter, I discovered functional medicine—a holistic approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of disease. I learned how powerful nutrition truly is, and how food, sleep, stress management, digestion, detoxification, and emotional well-being all work together to support a healthy body and mind.

This journey became the foundation of Olga’s Nutrition—a practice rooted in helping others heal by nourishing the body at a cellular level and creating sustainable, personalized lifestyle changes. My mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health by addressing the why behind their symptoms—and supporting them every step of the way.
